About Me
My name is Kaylee Mercer and I am 22 years old. I am currently in my third year of Elementary Education at the University Of Regina. Some things I enjoy doing in my spare time is playing volleyball, workout, and spending time with my family and friends, especially my three nephews and niece. 
June of 2015, I graduated from Whitewood Highschool and applied for a job as an Educational Assistant for Prairie Valley School Division. I had the privilege to work with a variety of grades, starting from grade 1
all the way up to grade 9. However, my heart was and still is with the primary students! I grew amazing relationships with many of the students that I had the privledge to work with, and even students I didn’t get the opportunity to work with. There was never a day where the students did not make me laugh or inspire me to continue my learnings and become a teacher! My experience as an Educational Assistant pushed me to pursue my direction to teaching, as I realized my love for teaching and working with young children!
